“Partial” means we delivered some of your order, but not the full amount. This usually happens when the account is set to private, the link is invalid, the post was deleted, or the platform restricted further delivery. Sometimes it can also happen if the system couldn’t complete the order due to capacity limits. The good news is, when an order goes Partial, the undelivered part is automatically refunded to your panel balance. You can use that balance for a new order right away, either with the same service or by trying a different one.

Once an order is placed, it’s sent to the system for processing and cannot be canceled if it has already started. If your order is still in Pending status and has not begun, you can request a cancellation with a valid reason, by opening a support ticket with your Order ID. If the order hasn’t been picked up yet and request's reason is valid, we’ll cancel it and refund the full amount to your balance.
