MoreThanPanel is a platform where you can buy followers, views, likes, streams, and other types of engagement for social media. You can use it to grow your own accounts faster, test new strategies, or manage growth for your clients.
Is it safe to use services from MoreThanPanel?
Yes, our services are safe to use if you'll use them correctly. The most important thing is to order in reasonable amounts that match your account’s natural activity. Placing extremely large or unrealistic orders compared to your real engagement can increase the risk of drops, bans or removals.
How does the refund policy work here?
If an order is canceled, partially delivered, the missing part will be refunded automatically to your balance. If your order stuck after two refill/speed-up requests, we'll refund the order to your panel balance when you contact us. If current count drops below start count of the order after delivery, our responsibilities won't be valid anymore. It indicates that you're using other panels/providers at the same time with us and it makes impossible to understand who's engagement dropped.
Can you use our services for your business?
Yes. Many customers use MoreThanPanel for their agencies, marketing companies, or reselling. We also provide API access, so you can automate orders and connect the system directly to your own panel.
Why do drops happen and what do they mean?
Drops happen when social platforms remove followers, views, or plays they detect as unusual. This is a normal part of the industry and doesn’t mean your order failed. That’s why many services include refill guarantees, so the lost amounts can be resent when you request a refill.
Can I place multiple orders for the same link at the same time?
We don’t recommend placing multiple orders for the same link at once. When two or more orders run together, it’s hard to track which service is delivering, and it often causes problems with start counts, drops, or delays. The best practice is to wait until one order is completed before starting another for the same link.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a wide range of payment methods so you can choose what’s easiest for you. These include crypto payments (USDT, BTC, ETH, LTC via Cryptomus, Heleket, Coinpayments, or manual), credit and debit cards (PayTR, Weepay), PayPal, Payoneer, Wise, PayTM, Payeer, and even Africa Bank Transfer. Some methods come with a small fee, while others give you a bonus on top of your deposit.
Is there a minimum amount I need to deposit?
Yes, most payment methods have a small minimum. For example, PayTM has a $5 minimum, while for other methods it may vary slightly. In general, we recommend starting from at least $5–10 to make sure the balance is added smoothly.
What happens if my payment is deducted but balance is not added?
This usually happens for two reasons:
Manual payment methods
(Wise, Payoneer, Bank/SWIFT, Manual Crypto, some PayPal options):
These do not auto-credit. It is written in the method’s description.
After you send the payment, open a support ticket so we can confirm and add the balance.
Crypto “underpaid”:
If network fees were too low, the wrong chain was used, or the sent amount is lower than the invoice,
the gateway marks it as underpaid and it will not auto-credit.
Open a ticket and we will either provide a link to send the difference or cancel/reissue the invoice.
When you contact us, please include:
Your MTP username or User ID
Payment method used
Amount intended and amount sent/received
Transaction ID / Hash, network/chain, and memo/tag if used
Sender account/wallet and the destination address
Date/time of the payment and a screenshot/receipt
With these details we can verify and credit your balance quickly.
What is payment bonus and how does it work?
Some payment methods give you an extra percentage bonus when you deposit. For example, if you use crypto, Payoneer, or Wise, you can get up to +5% added automatically to your balance. So, if you deposit $100 with a 5% bonus, you’ll see $105 in your panel balance. This is our way of saying thank you for choosing those methods.
My order hasn’t started, what should I do?
Every service has an estimated start time, which is written in the service description. Some services begin instantly, while others may take a few hours to get picked up. If your order is still in Pending after the start time has passed, don’t worry. This usually happens when the system is processing a high volume of orders or when the platform is slower than usual.
If the order hasn’t started long after the estimated start time, open a support ticket with your Order ID so we can check it for you. In most cases, we will either push it to start, replace it with another service, or refund the balance if it cannot run.
My followers/views dropped, how do I request a refill?
Unfortunately, drops are normal in SMM sector. Which is why many of our services comes with a refill guarantee. If your order has a refill option, it should be mentioned on used service's name and description. Some of our refill guaranteed services have refill button that you can see and use through your Order History page. Simply click that and the missing part will be resent automatically.
If the button is not visible, you should open an internal ticket with your order IDs with comma between them so we can confirm the drop and start the refill process.

Understanding "Drops"
Why was my order marked as “Partial”?
“Partial” means we delivered some of your order, but not the full amount. This usually happens when the account is set to private, the link is invalid, the post was deleted, or the platform restricted further delivery. Sometimes it can also happen if the system couldn’t complete the order due to capacity limits.
The good news is, when an order goes Partial, the undelivered part is automatically refunded to your panel balance. You can use that balance for a new order right away, either with the same service or by trying a different one.
Can I cancel an order after I place it?
Once an order is placed, it’s sent to the system for processing and cannot be canceled if it has already started. If your order is still in Pending status and has not begun, you can request a cancellation with a valid reason, by opening a support ticket with your Order ID. If the order hasn’t been picked up yet and request's reason is valid, we’ll cancel it and refund the full amount to your balance.
Because orders usually start quickly, it’s always best to double-check your link and the service details before placing the order. This avoids mistakes and ensures you don’t pay for something you didn’t intend to order.
Can I resell MTP services to my own clients?
Yes, you can. Many of our users run their own SMM panels or social media agencies using MoreThanPanel as their main provider. You can place orders manually through the dashboard or connect your panel to ours via API for full automation. All orders will run under your own brand, and your clients will never see MTP’s name.
Do you offer API for resellers?
Yes, MTP fully supports API connections. You can connect your own panel or system to ours by using your unique API key and our API documentation, which can be found on your API page in the dashboard. Once connected, your orders will be created and updated automatically, just like your own system. If you’re new to API use, we recommend checking the API documentation on your panel or contacting us for setup guidance.
Can I get custom pricing as a reseller?
Yes. We offer discounts to verified resellers depending on their order volume. To get reseller pricing, contact us through the support system or our official communication channels. Once we confirm your reselling activity, we’ll review your order history and assign custom discounts that fit your usage level.
What is Child (Resell) Panel?
A Child Panel is your own SMM panel connected directly to MoreThanPanel through API. We'll set it up and maintain it for you on the background for monthly price and it'll allow you to sell our services under your own brand, set your own prices, and manage your customers from your own dashboard. Your panel runs independently, but all services and deliveries are powered by MTP in the background.
It’s the easiest way to build your own reselling business without handling the technical side of service delivery. You manage your clients, and we handle the performance. For more details, click here .
What are Instagram Verified Followers/Likes/Comments?
These services send engagement from profiles that look like verified accounts, often with blue ticks, high-quality bios, and realistic usernames. They’re used by people who want to boost credibility and make their posts or profiles look more “VIP.” Keep in mind that while the accounts look verified, they’re not always official verified users. These are cosmetic-only and should be used carefully to avoid overuse.
What are Instagram Auto Services?
Auto services are subscriptions that automatically send followers, likes, views, or comments to your new posts or stories. For example, if you buy Auto Likes, every time you upload a new post, likes will be delivered within minutes without you placing a new order. This is perfect for accounts that post regularly and want consistent engagement without managing each order manually.
What is “Instagram Mentions” service and how is it used?
The Mentions service tags your username in the comments or captions of other accounts' posts. This drives traffic to your profile and is often used to make your account go viral, especially in story shares or comment blasts. There are different types — some use real accounts, others use mass bots. Always make sure to choose the right target (your @username, not your link), and read the service notes carefully before ordering.
What’s the difference between Exclusive Targeted services and normal followers/likes?
Exclusive Targeted services are built to match your audience more precisely. These include gender-targeted, country-targeted, or niche-targeted followers and likes. For example, followers who match a specific interest like fitness, fashion, or crypto. They come from higher-quality profiles with relevant bios and activity. In comparison, regular services are usually mixed and less filtered. Exclusive services are better for brand trust and client-facing accounts.
What's the best way to use YouTube services?
The best results come from combining different YouTube services based on your goal. For example, you can start with real-looking views to boost video exposure, then use Watch Time Hours or SEO Views to help ranking. Always make sure your video is public, monetization settings are correct, and you’re not running multiple services on the same video at once. Using the right services gradually is more effective than stacking them all at once.
What are YouTube CTR Views and how are they different from normal views?
CTR Views (Click-Through Rate Views) are designed to simulate real user behavior. The system searches for a keyword on YouTube, finds your video, and then clicks and watches it. This helps improve your video’s ranking in search results. In comparison, normal views just increase your view count without affecting search-related metrics. CTR Views are best used for keyword targeting.
How does YouTube Watch Time Hour service work?
This service adds total watch hours to your video or channel. It’s mostly used by channels trying to reach the 4,000-hour requirement for YouTube monetization. Depending on the service, the hours may come from one long session or multiple sessions from different IPs. Make sure your channel is public, the videos are eligible for watch hours, and you don't delete or hide content after placing the order.
What are YouTube Ranking Views?
Ranking Views are focused on improving your video’s performance in YouTube’s algorithm. They usually have longer watch times, mixed traffic sources, and may include actions like likes or shares. This helps signal to YouTube that your content is engaging, which can help boost rankings in both suggested and search sections.
What does “Native Adword Views” mean?
These are views that come from real YouTube ads — the same ones you’d get if you promoted your video through Google Ads. They're 100% real and come with very high retention and quality, but they’re more expensive and can only be used with monetization-safe videos. Perfect for channels that want to grow safely without violating YouTube’s rules.
What are High Retention Views?
These are views where users watch most or all of the video instead of dropping off after a few seconds. They’re useful for improving your audience retention stats, which is a key factor in how YouTube ranks and recommends videos. These views don’t just increase numbers — they make your stats look stronger.
What are YouTube SEO Views?
SEO Views are designed to improve your video’s ranking in search results. They usually include longer watch duration, keyword searches, and global or country-targeted traffic. They help YouTube see your video as relevant to certain keywords, which can increase visibility when users search for related terms.
What are Auto YouTube services (Auto Likes, Auto Comments, Auto Views)?
Auto services automatically deliver engagement to your new uploads. For example, if you buy Auto Views, the system will detect your next video upload and send views to it without you having to place a new order. This is perfect for content creators who upload regularly and want consistent engagement without placing manual orders each time.
What are TikTok Split Services?
Split services let you divide one order across multiple TikTok posts. Instead of placing a separate order for each video, you can submit several links at once and the service will distribute the views, likes, or comments evenly (or as specified) across all of them. This is useful for keeping engagement consistent on multiple uploads, especially if you're growing a new account or pushing out batches of content.
How does TikTok PK Battle Points work?
This service helps you win live PK battles by sending PK Battle Points to your account. It's typically used during live contests to boost your standing and appear more competitive. You must be live and in an active battle when placing the order, and timing is critical — so double-check the service notes before using it.
What are Auto TikTok services (likes, comments, saves etc.)?
Auto TikTok services work like a subscription. When you upload a new video, engagement (likes, comments, saves, or views) is sent to it automatically without needing to place a new order. This is ideal for creators who post regularly and want to keep their growth looking natural and consistent across all uploads.
What’s the difference between Exclusive Targeted services and normal followers/likes?
Exclusive Targeted services give you engagement from more realistic accounts that match a specific gender, niche, or region — for example, fitness fans, female users, or a certain country. These profiles usually look more natural, with bios, posts, and relevant usernames. Regular services, on the other hand, send faster and cheaper engagement from mixed profiles without filtering. If you're building a brand or working with clients, targeted options give better results.
How to Use Facebook Services Correctly?
Before placing an order, make sure your Facebook post, page, or profile is public. Double-check the service description to see if there are any specific requirements like minimum post age or account type. Avoid using multiple services at the same time on the same link, as it can confuse the system and lead to delays or partial results. Also, do not delete or edit the post while the service is running.
What are Facebook Split Services?
Split services allow you to divide one order between multiple Facebook posts, pages, or videos. For example, instead of ordering 5,000 views for one video, you can submit 5 links and get 1,000 views on each. This helps keep engagement balanced across different content and saves time compared to placing multiple orders.
What are Facebook Event services?
These services help boost visibility for Facebook events by increasing metrics like event responses (interested/going) or impressions. They're commonly used by promoters, businesses, or creators who want their events to look more active and attract more organic attention. Make sure the event is public and not expired before placing your order.
What are Facebook WatchTime Views?
WatchTime Views are designed to increase the total viewing duration of your Facebook videos. These views have longer retention and help improve your video’s visibility in Facebook’s algorithm. They’re useful for creators aiming to meet monetization goals or push their content into the “recommended” section. Be sure your video is set to public and not too short in length for best results.
What’s the difference between Spotify orders and the rest?
Spotify orders work a bit differently compared to platforms like Instagram or YouTube. That’s because Spotify takes longer to reflect results. Streams and listeners are processed behind the scenes and only show up publicly after Spotify updates its stats, which can take time. Also, plays on Spotify are tied to licensing, playback rules, and listener behaviors, so the order process is a bit longer and more complex.
How much time should you wait to see the delivered plays/listeners?
Spotify usually updates the public counts every 24–72 hours. So even if we finish delivering the streams quickly, you might not see the results right away. This delay is totally normal, it’s just how Spotify works. Please avoid placing multiple orders back-to-back until the current one fully reflects, or it may cause problems.
What are Spotify Web2.0 Plays?
Web2.0 Plays are exclusive to MoreThanPanel. These streams come from a mix of algorithmic and radio-based traffic sources, helping your songs look like they’re gaining traction organically. They have high-quality user data, longer retention, and are ideal for building trust on artist profiles.
What does “Spotify Power Plays” mean?
Power Plays are premium-quality streams with better ratios of free vs. premium listeners and improved behavior data. These plays are designed to positively influence Spotify’s algorithm — which can lead to your tracks being suggested more or even triggering organic growth if the rest of your strategy is strong.
What are Spotify Discover Weekly / Release Radar / Editorial Playlist Plays?
These services deliver streams from users whose traffic sources appear as Discover Weekly, Release Radar, or Editorial playlists. They mimic the behavior of someone discovering your song from these trusted playlists, which adds strong credibility to your data and can help with future placement or algorithm-based exposure.
What is the difference between Spotify Monthly Listeners and Spotify Streams (Plays)?
Streams are the total number of times your track was played. Monthly listeners are the number of unique people who played your music in the past 28 days. One listener can stream a song multiple times, so streams are always higher than listeners. If you want to increase your listener count (for example, to impress labels or appear on public stats), make sure to choose a service that targets unique listener growth (like ID1980 and 4031), not just play counts.
What are 100% Concurrent Twitch Viewers?
These are live viewers who stay on your stream at the same time, creating a strong “concurrent viewer” count. It means if you order 100 viewers, you’ll see 100 people watching your stream consistently. This is useful for growing your visibility on the platform and getting attention from new users or Twitch’s algorithm. Always place your order while your stream is already live and set to public.
What’s the difference between Twitch Viewers with Userlist vs. No Userlist?
With Userlist viewers, the accounts appear in your stream’s public viewer list. These look more realistic and help if you want people to see actual usernames in your chat. No Userlist viewers increase your viewer count but don’t show up in the viewer list. They're often cheaper and better for silent boosting without drawing attention to usernames.
What are Auto Chat services on Twitch and how do they work?
Auto Chat services send messages to your Twitch chat during your live stream. This helps keep your chat active and makes the stream look more engaging. Messages can be random, customized, or follow a pattern depending on the service. These are useful for boosting interaction, especially if you're trying to build community or apply for Twitch Affiliate status.
What are Twitch Live Stream Rank Viewers?
These viewers are designed to help your live stream appear higher in Twitch’s “Browse” or “Live Now” sections. They typically come with steady retention, safe behavior, and can influence Twitch’s discovery algorithm. These are often used by streamers who want to grow organically by improving their stream’s visibility.
