General Refund Rules

All payments made to Morethanpanel.com are final. No refunds are issued outside of the system unless a technical fault occurs on our side. Any remaining or unused balance must be spent within Morethanpanel.com and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or refunded to external payment methods.

Order Placement and Cancellation

Once an order is placed and entered into the system, it cannot be canceled or manually refunded. Refund requests made after order submission will not be accepted under any circumstances, except where explicitly stated in this policy.

Incomplete or Failed Orders

If an order is not completed or is only partially completed due to system-related issues, the system will automatically issue a refund for the undelivered portion to the user’s balance. Manual refund requests are not required for such cases.

Drops, Decreases, and Platform Changes

Social media platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and similar services may apply algorithm updates, maintenance, or other changes beyond our control. Drops, decreases, delays, or interruptions caused by these platforms are not eligible for refunds unless the service provider compensates or confirms a fault on their side.

Service Guarantees

Refund eligibility is strictly based on the service description. If a service includes refill or replacement guarantees, refunds will not be issued while those guarantees remain valid. Users are responsible for reviewing service details before placing an order.

Abuse, Misuse, and Violations

Morethanpanel.com reserves the right to revoke services, remove balances, or cancel accounts without refund if abuse, threats, insults, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the system is detected. This includes actions that compromise system stability or violate platform rules.

Fraudulent Payments

If a payment is made using a stolen credit card, unauthorized payment method, or on behalf of another person without permission, the related account will be permanently terminated without exception and without any refund.

User Errors

Refunds will not be issued for mistakes made by the user, including but not limited to incorrect links, usernames, service selection errors, or misunderstandings of service descriptions, once the order has been processed.

Morethanpanel.com reserves the right to interpret and enforce this Refund Policy at its sole discretion. Any attempt to bypass or abuse the refund system may result in account suspension or permanent termination.
