Welcome to MoreThanPanel.com. These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Reseller", "Client", or "you") and MoreThanPanel (collectively operated by MTP SOLUTIONS LTD [UK], HYPERTRUST DIGITAL - FZCO [UAE], and MTP DIGITAL LTD [Turkey]; referred to as "MoreThanPanel", "we", "us", or "our").

By registering an account, making a payment, placing an order, or utilizing our Automated Programming Interface (API), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all access and use of our services.

1. B2B Infrastructure Provider: MoreThanPanel operates primarily as a Business-to-Business (B2B) SMM infrastructure platform designed for agencies, resellers, social media strategists, and automated high-frequency buyers.
2. Promotional Nature: Our services are engineered to enhance profile visibility, social proof, and engagement metrics across third-party social networks.
3. Third-Party Platform Independence: MoreThanPanel is an independent software and infrastructure provider. We are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Instagram, Facebook, Meta Platforms Inc., TikTok, ByteDance Ltd., YouTube, Google LLC, X (formerly Twitter), Spotify AB, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates.

3. Account Security & Strict Password-Free Policy

1. Password-Free Guarantee: MoreThanPanel will NEVER ask for your target social media account passwords, login credentials, or private access keys. All services are processed using publicly accessible profile links, IDs, or usernames.
2. User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your MoreThanPanel account login details and API keys. Any action, order, or transaction initiated through your API key or account credentials will be deemed executed by you.
3. Account Confidentiality: You must immediately notify legal@morethanpanel.com if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account or API keys.

4. Orders, Execution & Service Delivery

1. Public Profile Requirement: Target social media accounts or posts must remain Public throughout the duration of order processing. If an account is made private, deleted, or changed to a different username while an order is active, delivery may fail, and MoreThanPanel is under no obligation to issue a refund or balance credit for such orders.
2. Order Placement & Modification: Once an order is submitted via the web dashboard or API, it enters our automated processing queue. Orders cannot be edited, canceled, or recalled once processing has commenced, except where explicitly supported by system-level cancellation buttons.
3. Drip-Feed & Delivery Pacing: Orders configured with algorithmic pacing (drip-feed) will be dispatched at calculated intervals to mimic organic activity. Start times and speeds are estimates and may fluctuate based on network load and platform updates.
4. Duplicate Orders: Placing multiple orders for the exact same target link simultaneously before the initial order completes may cause overlap and under-delivery. MoreThanPanel is not responsible for missing quantities resulting from overlapping duplicate orders.

5. Dual Guarantee, Refunds & Reseller Test Balance

We back our platform with a concrete Dual Guarantee designed to protect both enterprise B2B resellers and retail buyers:

1. Free Reseller Test Balance Policy (For Proven Resellers):
• Verified SMM panel owners, agencies, and high-volume resellers can evaluate our infrastructure risk-free without making an initial deposit.
• To qualify, resellers must contact our 24/7 Live Support or email hello@morethanpanel.com and provide verifiable proof of active reseller status (e.g., active panel domain, order volume proof, or API integration credentials).
• Upon verification, a non-refundable Free Test Balance will be credited to the account solely for service evaluation and API testing. Test balances cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for cash.
2. The "Double-Refill" No-Questions-Asked Refund Guarantee (For Retail Users & Agencies):
• If any service ordered experiences a drop or technical delivery issue, and our automated or manual refill system fails to resolve or restore the order after two consecutive refill attempts, the unfulfilled portion of the order will be instantly refunded back to your MoreThanPanel account balance.
• Refunds under this Dual Guarantee are processed automatically without requiring tedious support ticket escalation or protracted disputes.
3. Account Funds Non-Refundable to Payment Source: Deposits added to your MoreThanPanel account balance (via credit cards, crypto, or local payment gateways) are non-refundable to bank accounts or external payment accounts. All deposited funds must be utilized within the platform for service orders.
4. Disputes & Anti-Chargeback Policy: Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal through any bank, credit card issuer, or payment gateway without prior written authorization from our billing department is a severe breach of this Agreement.
• Any account associated with an unauthorized chargeback will be permanently suspended, API access revoked, and pending orders terminated.
• We reserve the right to report unauthorized chargebacks to global fraud prevention networks and initiate legal recovery procedures via our legal entities in the UK, UAE, or Turkey.
• Billing and payment verification requests should be sent to invoice@morethanpanel.com.

6. Service Level Agreement (SLA), Drops & Refill Terms

1. Algorithm Changes & Performance Volatility: Social media networks continuously modify their detection algorithms and user compliance policies. While MoreThanPanel continuously benchmarks its service catalog, speed, drop rates, and start times may vary during platform updates.
2. Refill Conditions: Services marked with a Refill Guarantee (e.g., 30-Day Refill, Auto-Refill) are eligible for drop restoration if the count falls below the start count + ordered quantity, subject to the following conditions:
• The target link/username has not been changed or made private.
• The initial count does not drop below the original start count recorded at order placement.
• As detailed in Section 5, if two consecutive refill attempts fail to fulfill the order, the system triggers an automatic account balance refund.
3. Non-Refillable Services: Services labeled as "No Refill" or "High Drop" carry no post-delivery guarantees and will not be replenished or credited if drops occur.

7. API Usage Terms

1. API Key Security: Your API key provides full access to your account balance and ordering capabilities. Treat your API key with the same security as a password.
2. Rate Limits & Fair Use: To maintain platform stability for all B2B resellers, high-frequency API requests must adhere to our system rate limits. Flooding the API with excessive status checks or malicious calls may result in temporary IP throttling or API key revocation.
3. Reseller Responsibility: Resellers utilizing our API to serve their end-clients are solely responsible for managing their own customer support, margins, and end-user terms. MoreThanPanel holds no direct liability toward your end-customers.

8. Prohibited Activities & Account Termination

You agree not to use MoreThanPanel for any of the following prohibited activities:

• Submitting links containing hate speech, illegal material, explicit adult content, illegal gambling, or content promoting violence/harassment.
• Attempting to overload, reverse-engineer, scan, or exploit vulnerabilities in our platform infrastructure or API endpoints.
• Engaging in fraudulent payment practices, stolen credit card usage, or money laundering activities.

MoreThanPanel reserves the right to terminate access, lock account balances, and notify legal authorities immediately upon detecting any prohibited activity.

9. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall MoreThanPanel, its directors (including Efe Onsoy, Martell Grekson), officers, employees, or legal entities (MTP SOLUTIONS LTD, HYPERTRUST DIGITAL - FZCO, MTP DIGITAL LTD) be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profile suspensions, account bans, or data loss resulting from the use or inability to use our services or third-party platform actions.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal proceedings or disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, United Kingdom, or the appropriate commercial court governing our operating entity processing the specific transaction.

11. Modifications to Terms

MoreThanPanel reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior individual notice. Revisions become effective immediately upon being published to this page. Continued use of our platform following any updates constitutes full acceptance of the revised Terms.

Users, agencies, resellers, and digital marketers leveraging MoreThanPanel’s services are strictly responsible for maintaining full compliance with all applicable advertising, consumer protection, and disclosure regulations. This includes adhering to the United States Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising (16 CFR Part 255 & Part 465) and the official FTC Final Rule Banning Fake Reviews and Testimonials, alongside equivalent global standards such as the UK Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) guidelines and the EU Unfair Commercial Practices Directive.

MoreThanPanel services must never be used to execute deceptive marketing campaigns, fabricate consumer sentiment, or misrepresent organic popularity. Users are explicitly prohibited from generating engagement for fraudulent financial operations, illegal gambling, counterfeit products, or deceptive commercial practices.

When utilizing our infrastructure to promote commercial brands, sponsored campaigns, or monetized channels, users must ensure that clear and conspicuous disclosures—such as #ad, #sponsored, or platform-native paid partnership tags—are prominently displayed on all relevant posts, videos, or profiles as mandated by FTC guidelines.

MoreThanPanel operates exclusively as an automated software infrastructure and dispatching provider for digital media visibility. We do not author, endorse, verify, or audit end-content published by platform users. Accordingly, the user explicitly agrees to indemnify and hold harmless MoreThanPanel, MTP SOLUTIONS LTD, HYPERTRUST DIGITAL - FZCO, and MTP DIGITAL LTD from any fines, administrative penalties, regulatory actions, or legal liabilities resultin
