This AML & KYC Statement outlines Morethanpanel’s commitment to preventing money laundering and financial crime. By using our platform, you agree to comply with the requirements outlined below.
At MoreThanPanel.com, operated collectively by MTP SOLUTIONS LTD (United Kingdom), HYPERTRUST DIGITAL - FZCO (United Arab Emirates), and MTP DIGITAL LTD (Turkey) (referred to as "MoreThanPanel", "we", "us", or "our"), maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance is paramount.
As a global Business-to-Business (B2B) Social Media Marketing (SMM) infrastructure provider processing high-frequency global payments, MoreThanPanel is committed to preventing its platform, payment channels, and API infrastructure from being used for money laundering, financial crime, terrorist financing, or payment fraud.
This Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & Know Your Customer (KYC) Statement outlines our compliance framework, risk management protocols, and monitoring procedures in full alignment with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
1. Regulatory Compliance Framework
MoreThanPanel conducts its operations in strict accordance with international financial standards and applicable anti-money laundering laws across our operating legal jurisdictions:
- United Kingdom: Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (POCA), Terrorism Act 2000, Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017, and guidance from the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

2. Core AML Principles & Anti-Fraud Standards
To ensure that funds processed through MoreThanPanel originate from legitimate business activities, we adhere to the following core operational principles:
- No Cash Transactions: MoreThanPanel strictly operates digitally. We do not accept physical cash, money orders, untraceable paper instruments, or third-party cash deposits under any circumstances.
- Account Balance Restrictions: Account balances on MoreThanPanel are strictly intended for purchasing digital services within our platform. Balance transfers between user accounts are prohibited unless explicitly authorized under verified agency B2B structures.
- No Financial Intermediary Services: MoreThanPanel is an SMM infrastructure provider, not a bank, payment processor, or digital wallet provider. Account balances cannot be withdrawn to bank accounts, converted into cash, or used as a peer-to-peer money transfer mechanism.
- Third-Party Payment Rules: Deposits must be made using payment methods (credit/debit cards, bank accounts, corporate crypto wallets) belonging to the registered account holder or authorized corporate entity.
3. Customer Due Diligence (CDD) & KYC Procedures
MoreThanPanel applies a risk-based approach to Customer Due Diligence (CDD). While standard retail registration requires basic verification, high-volume B2B clients, agency partners, API resellers, and flagged accounts undergo enhanced verification.
A. Standard User Verification
Upon registering an account or placing orders, users must provide:
- Full name and valid business/personal email address.
- Account username and secure credential creation.
- System telemetry logging (IP address, device fingerprints, and geolocation data).
B. Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD)
Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) is triggered under specific conditions, including:
- Accounts making high-volume or cumulative high-value deposits.
- Accounts utilizing corporate wire transfers or business payment gateways.
- Accounts flagged by automated anti-fraud risk scoring systems (e.g., mismatched billing countries, proxy/VPN anomalies, or high-risk card activity).
- Accounts requesting B2B enterprise SLA agreements or custom API rate limits.
When EDD is triggered, MoreThanPanel reserves the right to request the following documentation:
- For Individual Clients: Government-issued photo identification (Passport, National ID, or Driver's License) and proof of address (utility bill or bank statement issued within the last 3 months).
- For Corporate/B2B Clients: Certificate of Incorporation, Tax/VAT registration certificate, official proof of business address, and details of ultimate beneficial owners (UBOs).
- Payment Source Verification: Proof of card ownership or bank statement confirming authorization of the deposited funds.
4. Ongoing Transaction Monitoring & Anomaly Detection
MoreThanPanel utilizes sophisticated automated transaction monitoring tools integrated with our payment gateways and API dispatching nodes to identify suspicious patterns in real-time:
- Deposit Volume Anomalies: Sudden, unexpected spikes in deposit frequency or volume from unverified accounts.
- Payment Method Inconsistencies: Frequent switching between multiple high-risk credit cards or unverified payment sources.
- Velocity & IP Tracking: Rapid deposit attempts originating from changing IP addresses, TOR exit nodes, or high-risk anonymizing proxies.
- Chargeback & Fraud Vectors: Deposits associated with reported stolen cards, unauthorized payment reversals, or fraudulent chargeback attempts.
If a transaction or account is flagged for suspicious financial activity, MoreThanPanel reserves the right to:
- Temporarily freeze account balance and pause pending orders.
- Request identity and payment ownership documentation (KYC).
- Decline or reverse suspicious deposits.
- Terminate access to API endpoints and dashboard features.
